Which Parking Devices will No Longer be Supported?

ARMS is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality customer service, product support and technologically advanced products. As technology improves to be able to achieve superior performance and increase productivity and efficiency, we want to continue to provide the devices that will best help our user base.

Due to the declaration of end of life by the Original Equipment Manufacturers (Trimble, Microsoft, and Zebra) and due to the scarcity of repair parts, we have come to the conclusion to declare the following products obsolete as of June 1st, 2023:

Trimble Nomad products
Trimble Juno products
Zebra QLn Series printers

ARMS will continue to provide phone and remote support for these devices until June 1st, 2023. Any repairs may be unattainable due to the scarcity of parts and the devices no longer being supported by the Original Equipment Manufacturers.

What Parking Devices will Still Be Supported?

We now offer an updated ARMS Park App that is pre-installed on our new handheld devices to be used with our improved Bluetooth printers:

Zebra TC26 handhelds
Zebra ZQ510/511 Bluetooth printers

Both of these devices can be purchased through us by reaching out to sales@arms.com or by calling 1-800-776-6783.

The new ARMS Park App is an improved version of the app that was used on previous devices, so the transition to the new handheld and application will be seamless. If you have any questions regarding the handheld or application our Support team is available to assist. We also recommend scheduling an upgrade of your ARMS system when moving to these devices.
