The ARMS 2020 release comes with new Crystal Report prerequisites.  These will replace previous versions so this should only be used after a department has upgraded to an ARMS 2020 version.  Please contact Support if you are unsure of which downloads apply to your version.

For 64bit servers and workstations, all below prerequisites will need to be installed (including the 32bit options).

32bit machines will only require 32bit installers.
