End2End Public Safety Control (SOC) Reports are independent third-party examination reports showcasing how End2End Public Safety achieves essential compliance controls and objectives. These reports serve to provide you and your auditors with insights into the controls established by End2End Public Safety to support operational efficiency and compliance. It’s important to note that these reports are considered confidential by End2End Public Safety, and therefore, a signed non-disclosure agreement is required before releasing them to the requesting party.
End2End Public Safety SOC Compliance Report Request Process To obtain a copy of the End2End Public Safety SOC reports, please follow these steps:
- Download the End2End Public Safety Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Have the individual designated as the primary contact person for the client complete and sign the bottom-right section of the NDA form.
- Send the signed and completed NDA to support@arms.com for legal review and countersignature. Include the names of the End2End Public Safety product(s) in use to ensure the proper scope of the report sent.
- Once the NDA has been verified and countersigned, an email will be sent to the primary contact person.
- Click the Download link in the email to access the login page for End2End Public Safety’s Secure File Transfer Utility.
- After completing the download and unzipping the package, open the PDF report files and enter the password provided in the original email body.
