As an Emergency Communications professional for over forty years (a dinosaur who predates CAD and RMS systems) I’ve found Arms End-to-End CAD and RMS to be an exemplary product. I researched and brought Arms into my previous department because it was the “best bang for the buck” but soon found it to be even more efficient than I had envisioned. I later used Arms at a municipal, high activity department for which I worked on the side, and it met their needs as well!
