As we celebrate our 25th year, we’re proud to announce another huge milestone—the release of In-Synch 6.0. If you attended our recent user conference, you heard us speak about a complete overhaul of our system. Now, we’re excited to say: it’s real. In-Synch 6.0 is almost here.
This latest version marks a significant step forward in our journey. It’s not just an update—it’s a generational leap.
Built from the Ground Up
We started behind the scenes, rebuilding from the foundation. The database has been fully modernized to take advantage of the latest advancements in speed, security, and scalability.
These improvements work quietly under the hood, enhancing everything from module performance to synchronization efficiency. Most importantly, these upgrades provide peace of mind—knowing you’re running on a secure, future-ready platform capable of producing standardized, court-ready reports like the one shown below.
On top of that, we’ve upgraded the entire system codebase to a modern, stable architecture. This opens the door to new integrations and capabilities that were never possible before—transforming the way In-Synch RMS supports your workflows every day.
Powerful Upgrades You’ll Feel (and See)
Months of effort have gone into future-proofing your trusted In-Synch RMS. While many of the changes are behind the scenes, the impact will be felt instantly through a smoother, more responsive experience.
That said, you’ll also see some exciting new features—starting with the most requested one from our user conference: full Night Mode. It’s now available across the entire suite, providing a more comfortable experience whether you’re in the cruiser or at the desk.

Smarter NIBRS Support
We continue to evolve alongside the ever-changing NIBRS landscape. With more agencies submitting each year, we’re keeping pace with improved standards and an even better support experience. In-Synch Error Assist has grown more intelligent, reducing your need for manual intervention—though our dedicated support team is always here when you need us.
Later this year, you can look forward to the launch of our next-generation reporting platform. This new system will make statistical reporting more powerful, accessible, and user-friendly than ever before. All of this stacks on top of all the improvements from 5.0 such as the CJIS Multi-Factor Authentication changes and updates to the Use of Force Submissions as well as other state form changes.
