Which ARMS Parking software will No Longer be Supported?
ARMS is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality customer service, product support and technologically advanced products. As technology improves to be able to achieve superior performance and increase productivity and efficiency, we want to continue to provide the enhancements that will best help our user base.
It’s because of these reasons that the ARMS Parking Desktop Client will no longer be supported as of September 1st, 2024. While many department’s have already transitioned to the current ARMS Parking Web version, we’ve also tried to reach out to any department’s still using this software to prepare them for a transition to the ARMS Parking Web software. If you did not receive any contact from ARMS support regarding this, please let us know.
ARMS will continue to provide phone and remote support for this software until this September 1st, 2024. Any updates or changes will not be applied to this software due to the coming obsolescence.
What Parking Software will Still Be Supported?
We now offer an updated ARMS Parking Website that current ARMS Parking departments can transition to starting now.
For any department currently not utilizing ARMS Parking, but is interested in the new ARMS Parking Website it can be purchased through us by reaching out to sales@arms.com or by calling 1-800-776-6783.
