About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Mobile, AL. This is a full-time, on-site role at the heart of what sets ARMS apart: real support from real people. You’ll provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the agencies that use ARMS every day — making sure their questions get answered, their systems stay current, and their teams stay up and running.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and resolve technical issues for ARMS customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, with clear and effective communication
  • Assist with product installations and updates
  • Create and maintain customer support documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with technical support and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Bonus Points

  • Experience with CJIS-compliant software or public safety technology
