About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Mobile, AL. This is a full-time, on-site role at the heart of what sets ARMS apart: real support from real people. You’ll provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the agencies that use ARMS every day — making sure their questions get answered, their systems stay current, and their teams stay up and running.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and resolve technical issues for ARMS customers
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, with clear and effective communication
- Assist with product installations and updates
- Create and maintain customer support documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with technical support and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear, professional communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Bonus Points
- Experience with CJIS-compliant software or public safety technology
